When your order is processed, our team will contact the artist to notify him or her that item needs to be packed and shipped in next 48 hours.
Items that are small and medium size will be rolled in a tube and sent "unstreched", via EMS Thailand International Post with a tracking number sent to your email address. You can use this Item number to track the delivery here: http://track.thailandpost.co.th/TRACKING/default.aspx?lang=en
Please be advised that larger items, and some of the smaller ones which are unable to be rolled and packed in a tube, will be dispatched "streched" via one of the reputable companies such as DHL, TNT or Fedex. You are not paying for shipping in any of these cases.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Disclaimer: As our artists tend to be busy working in their galleries or attending exhibitions, it may occur that they are not available within 48 hours stated above. In case the shipping needs to be postponed for a few days, one of our team members will notify you what is the first possible date for processing the delivery. There is no need to be worried, as things in Thailand work in an easy going and non stressful manner. We understand that buying online is a delicate matter and that is why we are creating this bond between artists and art lovers, so everyone in the process feels safe and secure.

How long does delivery take?
Please allow 3-7 working days within Thailand for standard pieces – larger items may take longer.
Please allow approximately 14 working days for international parcels, subject to destination and delivery method.
How to make a return?
You may return your purchase to the artist within 5 days of receipt, for any reason that does not include color of the artwork received comparing to the color that appeared on the monitor while shopping. It is to be expected that colors vary in different types of lighting and with different monitor settings, as well as the brand name of the device used while shopping.
The product must be returned unused, resealed within the original packaging for a full refund. As you are responsible for the safe delivery back to the artist's address, we recommend shipping with insurance and tracking.
Please check the delivered products and advise us as soon as possible if you discover a problem with the item (take a couple of images of the damage and send them to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org).
The artist will refund your payment upon receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition.
